1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using nightlanexs's vehicle rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Renter," "you," or "your") and nightlanexs ("Company," "we," or "our").

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed with any booking or use our services.

2. Definitions

• Service: Vehicle rental experiences provided by nightlanexs
• Rental Period: Time between pickup and return as specified in booking
• Vehicle: Any automobile rented from nightlanexs
• Agreement: Rental contract formed at booking confirmation

3. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from nightlanexs, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license or recognized international driving permit
• Possess a valid payment card for security deposit authorization
• Provide valid identification documentation
• Meet our insurance underwriting requirements

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Reservation Process

Bookings may be made via phone, email, or our website. Confirmation is sent upon receipt of required documents and authorization of security deposit.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment accepted via credit card or bank transfer
• Security deposit held via card authorization during rental period
• Full rental fee charged at pickup unless prepaid
• All prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

4.3 Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% rental fee charged
• Less than 24 hours: Full rental fee charged

5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

5.1 Permitted Use

Vehicles may only be operated:

• Within Singapore's borders
• On paved public roads
• By the named renter or authorized additional drivers
• In accordance with all traffic laws and regulations

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Renters may not:

• Use vehicle for commercial transport or racing
• Operate vehicle while impaired by alcohol or substances
• Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Sublease or lend the vehicle to third parties
• Remove vehicle from Singapore without written permission
• Smoke in the vehicle

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Insurance Coverage

All rentals include comprehensive insurance with collision damage waiver and third-party liability coverage as required under Singapore law.

6.2 Excess and Deductible

Renter is responsible for excess amount as specified in rental agreement (typically SGD 3,000-5,000 depending on vehicle). Excess may be charged for:

• Collision or accident damage
• Theft or vandalism
• Interior damage or excessive cleaning requirements

6.3 Renter Liability

Renter remains fully liable for damage resulting from prohibited use, negligence, or violation of these terms regardless of insurance coverage.

7. Vehicle Condition and Return

7.1 Pickup Condition

Vehicles are provided clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Renters must inspect and note any pre-existing damage at pickup.

7.2 Return Requirements

• Return at agreed time and location
• Same fuel level as provided
• Clean interior condition
• All provided accessories and documents
• Late return may incur additional charges

8. Accidents and Breakdowns

In the event of accident, breakdown, or theft, renter must:

• Immediately contact nightlanexs's 24/7 support line
• File police report if required by Singapore law
• Complete incident documentation provided by nightlanexs
• Not admit liability or make any settlement offers
• Cooperate fully with insurance claims process

9. Traffic Violations

Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, and related penalties incurred during rental period. nightlanexs reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing violation notices forwarded to our office.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:

• We provide vehicles "as is" without warranty of fitness for particular purpose
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid
• We are not liable for delays, breakdowns, or service interruptions beyond our control

11. Termination

We may terminate the rental agreement immediately if renter violates these terms, provides false information, or operates vehicle in unsafe manner. No refund will be provided for terminated rentals.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation at Singapore Mediation Centre if negotiation fails
3. Singapore courts if mediation is unsuccessful

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
